Hello Internet,
How are you? I hope you're doing well. It's been a good couple of days so I thought I'd post about it. I've just finished reading Zoe Sugg's book Girl Online on Tour, and it was fabulous. I loved every second of it. I mean, was it awe-inspiring and written eloquently? No. Was it entertaining as heck and adorable? absolutely.
For those of you who haven't read this book, or the first one, the main character is from Brighton and ends up falling in love with this American boy who is actually a famous musician who just isn't as big in England. Now, if this doesn't spell out a fangirl's wildest dreams, I don't know what does. It has fueled my Harry Styles fantasies and I decided I really want to write a fan fiction. Now will I actually write one? Probably not. BUT... maybe I'll write it over winter break.
On a different note, I'm totally digging this Minnesota fall weather. I love fall fashion and I have been in love with the new trends. Black has become my new favorite color. All back converse, black skinning jeans with rips in the knees, a grudgey t shirt and a black leather jacket is one of my favorite outfits. I am also in love with dark lip stick colors and winged eye liner. I'm also planning on coloring my hair platinum soon. Recently, I found that I am way more confident walking around if I dress up and love the clothes I'm wearing. I will not apologize for looking good.
Lastly, I cannot freaking wait for this weekend. I leave for New York on Friday! I get to travel by myself for the first time, get to see the city for the first time and get to spend the whole weekend with one of my favorite people in the world. I cannot wait to explore the Big Apple and go on adventures with my best friend.
